By attending sessions or events, you consent to group photos/videos for marketing, unless you opt out in writing before class.
Your data is never shared or sold. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime.

•All sessions must be prepaid. Prices may change, but confirmed bookings are honored.
•No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
•By attending, you allow Yogafit By Neha to use class/event photos/videos for promotion, unless you opt out in advance.
•Participation is voluntary; Yogafit By Neha is not liable for injury.
•All website content belongs to Yogafit By Neha. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

*🌿 Cancellation Policy*

*Private Sessions*
24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of private sessions; otherwise, the class will be counted.

*Group Sessions*
12 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of group classes; late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class credit being deducted.

*Corporate Sessions*
48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of corporate sessions; cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

 

*🌿 Refund Policy*

*Private Sessions*
No refunds for cancellations under 24 hours; the session will be counted. Packages are non-refundable but transferable or can be converted to credit (valid 6 months).

*Group Sessions*
No refunds for no-shows or cancellations under 12 hours; class credit will be deducted. Packages are non-refundable; credits can be used for another group class within validity.

*Corporate Sessions*
No refunds for cancellations under 48 hours; full fee applies. Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
